Walk-in service is not guaranteed. Wait times vary by service types, complexity of transactions, and staff availability. Courtesy callback is available upon request if you choose not to wait in our lobby. We make every effort to provide service in a timely manner. No appointment is necessary for notary service, IRP service, or drop-offs. All customers must wear a face covering or mask inside our office.
